All students who completed their programs of study in December 2019 and June/July 2020, and have successfully met the requirements for the award of their degrees may refer to the attached list.
Provisional results (awaiting final approval) have been indicated.
Any student who has met all the requirements for the award of a degree but does not find his/her name may contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. Other concerns should be directed to the same ‘info’ email address.

PREPARATION FOR CONGREGATION
All graduating students are encouraged to attend congregation ceremonies. Please read these guidelines.

Please note that graduands who do not attend the Congregation Ceremony would pay the same fee for issuance of their certificate. Also, graduands who are indebted to the University (School fess and others) will be required to settle their indebtedness before they will be presented for graduation.

The list shows students who successfully completed their programme of study in December 2018 and May/June 2019. Kindly confirm the right spelling and order of your name (Surname/Family name, First name Middle name).
All corrections should get to the Registrar’s Office (Academic Affairs).
Any student who expects to be presented for graduation but cannot see his/her name or Identification number may contact the Registrar’s Office (Academic Affairs) by close of work, Wednesday, 25th November, 2020.
COLLECTION OF GOWNS:
Graduands will collect their academic gowns from the Finance Office (on a date to be communicated soon). Each graduand will be given a gown, hood and cap Please show your student ID and receipt of payments of Congregation fees for collection.
You are required to carefully examine items received for damages. Any damages on the items upon return would attract penalties
GOWN RETURN POLICY
Gowns collected are to be returned to the Finance office before 5PM on the day of graduation, 28th November, 2020. Defaulters will attract a penalty of GH¢50.00 per day until the gown is returned.
Graduands who already have collected their certificates will be required to make a deposit which will be refunded when the gown is returned.
ARRIVAL AND VENUE
All graduands are expected to arrive at least 40 minutes before the commencement of the Ceremony. The Venue is the auditorium of the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry.
Graduands will be seated by programme of study and in alphabetical order. Ushers will assist students to find their seats. Graduands are requested to promptly take their seats on arrival, stay seated and not wander. After the entry of the Procession of Convocation, graduands outside the Hall will not be allowed in to take their seats
PRESENTATION OF GRADUANDS
Graduands will be called to be recognized by Officials on the dais.
The assigned Dean for each programme will rise up and move to the front of the stage. Graduands will rise up from their seats to be presented. After the presentation and conferment of degrees, Graduands will be called individually to be recognized by officials on the dais.
As a sign of courtesy, all male Graduands will be required, to take off their caps before approaching the dais. Female Graduands may keep caps on.
